Customers are less important to them then making money from billing them for unwanted services. When a company relies on negative billing practices to generate revenue instead of from a genuine interest in its services by consumers - its a huge red flag. But not before I lost complete trust in this company. After several denials of my refund request by several people they finally put it through after I told them I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. But they pushed it through anyway and refused to refund it. I escalated it because they had charged an expired credit card after sending me a notice that my membership would not renew unless I updated it, which I didn't. They explained that they could not refund any of the annual fee, and can only cancel it for next year even though it was the first day of the renewal. On the day of renewal I saw they charged me for a whole new year, so I immediately called to cancel it. Was given a free annual premium membership with my new watch.
